Number 69 on the on the Mesrutiyet Caddesi, which is parallel to the Refik Saydam Caddesi, but slightly uphill, so to the east. The street used to be called differently, as I found on a site: "La rue des Petits-champs, devenue Mesrutiyet Caddesi, dans le quartier de Péra (appelé de nos jours Beyoglu) était bordée d'hôtels de style européen, comme on le voit sur cette carte postale." Google that and you may find some fine old time postcards.
