This is the Hasan Paşa Medresesi, that must have been the Grand Vezir who built a han across the nearby Ordu Caddesi in 1740. The medrese has obviously been restored somewhere around 2008 and looks fine now. The most striking part I found its "sebil" (kiosk built for the dispensing of free drinking water).
