The mosque, located on the south side of the Tradesmen Park near the old garage, was built in 1474 by Çeşnigir Sinan, the freed slave of Fatih Sultan Mehmet. It has a transverse rectangular plan, made of cut stone, and is covered with a large elliptical dome in the middle and four small elliptical domes at the corners. The small square-planned library adjacent to the west was built in 1831 by Hacı Sabri Ağa from Karaosmanoğulları.
