Bayram Paşa had a külliye built in 1634, it has a “really palatial türbe of the founder” (says Strolling through Istanbul, the guidebook), which seems to be always closed. The complex is very complicated, with parts on one side of the road, other parts on the other, and a sebil that seems to be across another road. I hope to integrate them at some time, here I only show some pictures of the Sebil and the türbe. A türbe can be translated as mausoleum. --- A sebil is a kiosk-shaped public fountain, with grilled office-windows where attendants handed fresh water over to the public. Generally a sebil had a cellar, where large blocks of ice were brought in during winter. So, in summer, the drinking water could be cooled before distributing it.
