this is the view from my living room i am very lucky

this shot is thru the sliding glass,and the deck... standing in my livingroom and focusing on some tree off to the side since the 8800 does not want to see water as a focus point.... but that then usually make the auto exposure worthless

anyway i am so thrilled to see the water, so calming and mystical and this shot is with no sunlight dancing on it

as Ann wrote to me about yesterday i may be ready for a dslr... i do miss real focusing... getting the young lovers shot usually does not happen with my camera that focus when and if it wants to if something spontaneious comes along
