This is gprgeous Don, Really! And perfect for January as the snow "DANCES" as Jeanne says......and this does look like a cold dayin January.

THIS is perfect for January! You should call it "The Dance of the Snow" as you said, it's perfect!

Don, you were right. The contrast/ shingles with multiple shades, angular, repetitive patern, man made...and the snow, all white, fluffy, natural, beautifully contrasting each other. Voted.

"The dance of the snow" is a very apt way of putting it. The image is glorious!

If this is the one you referred to, I found it by searching for UNICEF. A cool thing, searching. Of course you have to have some text in there to search!

Glad you decided to trespass a little for this shot. Nicely done :).

I worry about bullets Neal, but you encouraged me to see more, get closer, and i too am drawn in, way in, by that blackness. Thanks a lot for all your visiting and feedback! best, don

I glad you went back and I'm glad you didn't have to escape in a hail of bullets. This is one intereting old window.

I love the streaky snow echoing the ragged shingles.

I love this. The textures and that snow against the black of the window. Not to mention the story behind it.

ps. Jude, if you are going to say that you would like to see their kitchen and then what is on their dining room table for valentines dinner, please tell me now and put me out of my misery,

if i had know you were a wussy Jude i wouldnt have felt implored to tresspass, and now you tell me, well i am glad i did, and anyway i dont know what a wuzzy is, unless it is a star trek cute creature... and now i am struck and feel inspired or cursed to hear so quickly that YOU NOW!!!!!!!!! want to see inside............................... thanks for the inspirations in all your works, images, words, and comments... i may go in the dead of night and use the dreaded flash, and then run! don

It's a great window.. love the way the frame is falling apart. makes me want to see what's inside.. NOT that you have to do that..LOL
