SMC finished its 2007 Fall Ball Season by hosting Castleton, who feature respected rivals Annie Hartman and Maggie Mercy. The Purple Knights settled in after a bumpy first inning and came from behind in the late innings to secure the victory. Katelyn and KellyE shared the pitching duties, Ashley put on a defensive show at Short, and the Freshmen continued to contribute at the plate and in the field.

It's been a most enjoyable Fall in Camp Billings on the SMC sideline -- delightful seeing the veterans return and a pleasure meeting the new faces and their families. Nice work, Knights -- see you in the Spring!!
