SMC came out of a doubleheader with UMass Lowell with a pair of tough losses. Meggan was the workhorse, throwing well in two complete games -- but SMC lost 5-4 in game 1 and then UMass rallied to win Gm2 4-1 with 3 in the 6th. Maggie, Casey, Lyndsey, Ashley and Meg C all had multiple hit days -- with Meg C blasting a HR in Gm2. Kate pinch ran in Gm1 and warmed to pitch in Gm2, but the circumstances didn't call for it ... SMC is now 18-10 on the season.
