I was able to slip away for the evening and see the 2013 Comet softball team in action - and was treated to an 8-0 win over a solid Burlington team. This year's Comets feature Caitlyn and Kat from Katelyn's original Fairfield camp, two others from my winter ball team Sammi and Bri, and Abi and Maria from winter pitching. So much fun to see Caitlin and Kat in particular as we've followed those two for 8+ years and they've always worked hard .. It's amazing they're seniors!
