Whisker Plant (Orthosiphon aristatus)

Whisker Plant, also known as Cat’s Whiskers and Java Tea, is native to north Queenland, Australia, and is also widespread in Asia.
It is highly regarded as a medicinal herb, and is also reported to attract birds and insects to its flowers.
I grew this from a cutting which I planted out 6 months ago; this is its first flower head.
