Stuarts Head is a drier peak (1220 m) in the Herberton Range. The view is across a lower point in the Range to the distant, rainforest-clad Ballenden Ker Range. The latter includes Mt Bartle Frere (1622 m) - hidden in cloud - the highest peak in Queensland.
