I went to September's numerous times in 1981 and 1982. The interior was beautiful, the patrons were more upscale than other clubs along Federal Highway, and they had a 14 or 15-piece band that was incredibly good playing hits of the time.

I remember September's very well. It was definitely a very upscale and impressive place. The guy had over a half a million dollars in plants alone and that 14 piece house band playing in front of the waterfall was something to be seen. Never saw a place like that and the high end patrons just poured into the place. Serious money!
