Jack and his brothers grew up in Hialeah and went to Palm Springs Junior High and Hialeah High School with me. After high school, Jack served in the U. S. Air Force during the Vietnam Era, and was an employee/supervisor/manager at National Airlines, then Pan American World Airways and then United Airlines at Miami International Airport. He was United's Ramp Manager and as the airport's gate supervisor I had numerous meetings with him to solve problems. He was "good people" and I'll never forget him.
I went to Immaculate Conception School with Jake and his brother Jim. Both were great football players and really good guys. We all graduated from ICS in 1960. We all had a great childhood and we all enjoyed each others input in school. I last saw Jake at a class reunion I organized for the first graduation class of ICS which took place in 1995 at the school. God's Speed Jake.
