Early 1950s - Loading cattle onto a Pan American DC-4 at Miami - where the term "cattle class" for today's airliners came from

Miami International Airport, Florida

The state archives description: "Pan Am at Miami has streamlined the handling of livestock shipments so that the animals are led from railroad cattle cars on a special siding at the airlines' cargo depot and walked directly aboard the waiting cargo clipper.
