These Coasties were taking a break on the front porch of the old station house. Bill Abney was our acting #2 (XPO) in charge most of the time because our assigned Chief was in rehab most of the time. Bill is deceased now.

Larry, then you and I were there at the same time, correct? I don't remember reading your message until now. I didn't know that you guys came off the Andy.

Gary, thank you for your comments about Bill and Trudy.

Manny, I'm the guy you mutualed with from CG Group Baltimore. If you can scan the photo of Don Ratliff and his '57 Chevy send it to me via e-mail (OldMiamiMemories@gmail.com) and I'll post it next to this photo and give you credit for it on the photo and under the photo. You never answered my message somewhere else on this site where you wrote in about CG Station Lake Worth Inlet.

Enjoyed the pic's and memories from my time at LWI in 1967. Came from the Androscoggin with BM1 Abney, SN Tom Brewster and myself. Long hours on the boats and little sleep, guess all the volleyball we played helped !!
