62 years ago Bill Haast saved my life. I was 6 and lived in Hallandale Florida. I was bitten by a pigmy poise is snake. They took me to Broward General and bill Haast milked a rattle snake and it was my antidote. It saved my life but I was delirious for 4 months. Always wanted to thank him but when I went to look at property in central Florida the owner introduced himself as Haast Not sure his first name was Bill but Bill was his Dad . I told him my story and he said he would surely tell his dad how grateful I was. We spent a lot of the day talking story and I was so happy for the irony of being able to let him no
