It takes a lot of people to run that airport but without the work of aircraft refuelers nothing could move.Do you have any photos of the old fuel companies and people from late sixties and beyond.I worked for Tursair from 1969-1987. Great company and wonderful co-workers

Thanks for posting these photos of MIA. From 1973 thru 1989, I was a line mechanic for Eastern Airlines. The photo entitled “Late 1980's - Maria Gonzalez, Linda Viau and Susy Gonzalez” showing Concourse C and the Whisperliner in the background brought back a lot of fond memories. Thanks again.

It's so awesome to see these pictures. I started at the airport in 1984 and met many of the people on here while working with many different airlines. That picture with Charlie Jones in it brought back many memories of my days at what is now American Eagle. Back then in was PBA Airlines and I worked for Pompano Airways that also used this facility. I caught Charlie taking pictures of me one day and meeting an aircraft and I love having those pictures and the memories they bring of my early years at MIA. Thanks for the memories.
