The top of Elk Falls

There have been many fatalities here. Tourists are tempted to
get close to the edge, but when the rocks are wet it is easy to
slip into the river and be swept over the edge. The 100 foot fall
has always been fatal to humans but in 2010 a dog went over
and survived. It was trapped in the pool below but the local
Search and Rescue team saved it and returned it to the owners.

A fine view of the falls. People are very stupid sometimes. I imagine a falling elk would make a big splash.

That is one cool shot! My eye wandered through from the bottom of the frame and to the figure near the ... edge! Yikes.
