Muscadine Wine making

With so many grapes, I decided to try making some wine. Many of my customers ask about making wine and I can't give them a good answer. So, I needed to try it.

I tried using the oak but didn't notice that much difference. I may need to leave it in longer and may try it in one more batch sometime in the future.
