This was definitely the most special and amazing place we ate during our trip. It was super crowded when we arrived, but the hostess said they could seat us immediately at this little counter at the side of the kitchen which only seats about 8-10 people. We were hungry and that was fine by us. It turned out to be much better than fine. We were able to talk with the chefs as they worked and watch all the food being prepared. We kept seeing things that looked fun and then ended up ordering them. The super organized crew performed like a well oiled machine. It was like being in the middle of a cooking show. I put on my rented ultra wide angle zoom, tilted the live view monitor straight down, held the camera up as high as I could and kept taking snapshots. I would recommend this place very, very highly.
