This whole place is just called Government Buildings and is really one large building surrounding a quadrangle. This is another hand held long exposure that, thanks to brilliant image stabilization on my new Olympus, kind of worked. I was on my way back to our Air BnB with my wife and daughter after having been at a pre-wedding get together and intended to go back and shoot a much better image with my tripod, etc. but never got the chance. Had I not been partying all night and not moving so fast, I probably would have stopped to increase the ISO as well. The bright blue and red streaks across the bottom are remnants of moving cars going by.
