If you are looking for some deep thought or meaning to this photo, you aren't going to find it. With the exception of crop and sizing, this photo is straight from my new camera. I've been playing with the camera to try and get a feel for it before putting it through its paces over the upcoming holiday season. Reading the manual (imagine that), I discovered an unknown feature. It is the color select feature. All those times spent painstakingly selecting an object to keep colorized while changing the rest of the picture to B&W is now over. From within the camera, I can click on a color in the picture and it will only capture that color.

I don't know how often I will use it, but how cool is it just to know that I can?!!!
