First revealed on DPReview.com - This thread started it all, pointing to the SLRClub.com Korean site which carried pictures of Olympus' new DSLR. Somehow though, pictures of the E-3 weren't initially available, so Rémi posted a working link to a thread with 9 photos of the E-3. More E-3 images here.
Other interesting bits from that thread:

• Torsten Hoff hopes that the provision of the pop-up flash does not negatively impact the weather sealing of the camera body.
• Likely specs of the E-3 is provided in a forum post.
• The E-3 might be the first ever DSLR (or any other digital camera for that matter) to implement a "roller-ball"-type control (there's one on the battery grip too).
• The lens with the see-through casing is possibly the 12-60mm with SWD (Supersonic Wave Drive)
