Looks like this post in the Chinese language forum is the second ever source to have hosted Nikon D300 images (two of them are full-sized) shot at ISO 6400.

Bear in mind the following caveats and additional information:

• They're definitely shot with a pre-production D300, so are not "authorized" by Nikon to be officially shown
• Although unlikely, the EXIF data might have been doctored
• D300p1B.jpg was shot with NR (noise reduction) turned off, while D300p2B.jpg is with NR On (Normal). You can see these from the screen shots of the photos opened up in Nikon Viewer.
• The third photo is a 100% crop done in Photoshop CS3, so the full EXIF data is not viewable in Nikon Viewer
• Don't forget to view the photos in Original size (the link is found beneath the individual photo). If this is your first visit to Pbase, the Large size will normally be the default, and PBase remembers your last image size selection from a cookie stored on your computer.
