I have just acquired a very clean Yaesu F-Line station in working order, FR100B FL200B and an FL1000 with new valves. In addition i also got a spare FL100B and an FL200B non working, missing some valves and a meter. What would these be worth for insurance purposes?

Hi Kay,
I have watched with amazement your new shack project and your ever growing collection. I have a number of Yaesu Rigs which I am forced to sell. I have mounting medical expenses and sadly must put all my affairs in order. I have 101EX 101E 107M 301 901DM and many of the accessories for all of them. I also have a 400DX station which I bought from original owner with 2000 linear, speaker and FTV650 six meter Transverter. It had sat in his workshop for almost 40 years, and looked awful, but then I looked closer and noticed the telltale wrinkling of plastic in the corner of one of the pieces. I knew instinctively it was a good find. When I got it home and removed the already shredding filthy dark brown plastic I found absolutely mint faceplates. Other than requiring some cleaning this station works as advertised! Oh well if you or anyone you know has any interest in any of these rigs feel free to contact me!
Ciao,

Hi Kay, I like your collection. Have a small few items of what you have ie An FT7, FT 101e,
Ts 700 and I used to own an FT 101z . They are lovely radios and still work good today even though they are getting on in age ! Thanks for all the photos . You must have a big shack to store all these items !!
Thanks, Peadar

My dear friend Kay,

You and I have similar interests!

Look at my site - www.g4fui.net

There are more radios in my shack than on my web site - I have a Sommerkamp FRDX500 which needs fixing up, but maybe next year!

I enjoy your FL-line photos very much

I saw your note in cq-DL. Nice page. Never own any FT-gear myself but lots of my friends had such. My brother is using the FT-707 with original power supply and the "strange" VFO accessory. Good luck collecting more of the old FT-units. 73 de Rune SM5COP

Hello Kay-
Thank you for posting the most impressive photo gallery of FT rigs I've ever seen.
No only is your gallery extensive, the quality of the photos are informative and superb. Your gallery is a wonderful tribute not only to the history of Yaesu, but to the joys of ham radio.
Best to you and yours
