power modification at the FT221R

one possible modification to reduce the power of a FT221.
It works good on FM and CW, but not so good on SSB because
it changes the linearity.It is simple to do and there is
nothing to see outside the rig.If you do so you do it on
your own risk.
What I forgot to mention ,the modification is on the solder side
of the exciter unit.
