Yes, this certainly comes right at the viewer! Apart from the obviously stunning composition and tonality, what is really nice is that cloud formation nicely positioned over the corner building in the background-- it adds a certain extra grandeur or majesty to the structure and the bright form helps provide visual counterpoint to the dark sharp corner at bottom.
