Birds of the United States (Multiple Photos Per Species)

Photographs of birds taken in the United States. These include photos from my native North Carolina and also from our travels. The photographic equipment used was either a Canon D20, D40, 5D Mark III and a 300 mm IS F4 or 400 mm DO IS F4 lens or a Canon 100-400 mm Zoom with or without a 1.4x or 2x converter. The birds are organized by families but once you are in a "family" they are in alphabetical order. (Click on the thumbnail to see the photos). If you would like to use one of the photos in a publication or on the web please refer to the information on the profile page. If you are interested, please e-mail me because I may have better photos that are not on this web site. I hope you enjoy seeing the birds of the United States. Thank you!
