Paint Shop Pro. New Image. 600w x 800h.
In Materials Palette, click on the foreground swatch (default is black).
You will see teh Materials Properties screen. Click on the Pattern tab and
select your design from the drop down menu. Pick something suitable for cloth.
I picked Plaid 46 for this. Adjust the angle, 125 is my choice. Adjust the scale.
I picked 110 but this will depend on your pattern in relationship to how you plan to use it.
Click on the paint bucket icon in the left toolbar. Click on the image and your pattern will appear.
If you decide to adjust something, go to Edit>Undo. Resize and redo .
Click on the Mesh Warp Tool, second from the bottom on left toolbar.
On the horizontal bar above your image, try #10 horizontal, #10 vertical. Check the Show Mesh box.
Edge mode is background.
Click on the little squares where the mesh lines intersect and move them to make your hills and
valleys on the cloth. Now Go to Part 2.
