Used Mystical Tone and Tint - hard posterize
Used Chromasolarize filter from Flaming Pear
Used texturizer to apply the texture from my daughter's bathing suit at 50% scale to image
Made frame using texture from a ribbon halter top of my daughter's and applied satin, drop shadow and bevel styles to it
