Part of Mission Trails Park, less than 8 miles from my place, and less
than 11 miles from the center of downtown San Diego. This is Padre Dam.

(Is the frame a little over the top? A little too much?)

You might try a different color for the frame to see if it sets of the image a bit more. Maybe. I think. Sort a.

I love watering holes like these. I agree with Art, it does distract from the beauty of the photo, a simple mat would would suffice with this one.
