I need a little break...

It's time to take a little break for a while, so my creative
juices can start boiling again. I'll be back soon. Don't hesitate
to tell me how much you'll miss me. Let me feel the love!!! :-)

While you're at it, tell me how YOU recharge your creativity
batteries. I could use a few suggestions!

Come back soon friend. I have found that since I stopped doing the photo a day thing, I am less creative, the PAD made me be creative. I now do a photo a week and find I am just not as creative now, maybe I am getting burned out or just plum lazy, but I hear you on the creative mode, loud and clear. :) Enjoy your time off, I will miss my giggle a day with your posts!

Hey buddy, my creative juices never last long enough to fill the smallest glass. But I refuse to give up completely, because of folks like you on pbase. Take a break. It gives us something to look forward to when you come back. It insures we won't take you for granted.

Being as you're in Southern CA too, why not spend a weekend up in Big Bear? The snow's only gonna be there a little while longer! Your creative juices will be renewed after you take a nice little trip up the mountain. Promise!

Experience has taught me that prolonged exposure to vast expanses of sandstone cures all ailments, brightens one's outlook on life, and recharges all batteries except for batteries of tests. Head for Moab! I wish you a happy re-charging...

Now back to your wonderfully creative production !

A drop of beer is helpful. But don't overdo it.

Filled with mingled cream and amber
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chambers of my brain ---
Quaintest thoughts --- queerest fancies
Come to life and fade away;
Who cares how time advances?
I am drinking ale today.

I once grabbed a live 220 volt cable. I wouldn't recommend it, myself.
My father, who grew up on a farm, says you haven't lived until you are carefully stepping over an electric fence wire and it accidentally touches you on the upper inside of your thigh. You might try that.
Enjoy your break. Don't stay gone too long.

Try the energizer batteries. Every time I'm not feeling creative, I paw thru other people's fotos.
