Today my co-author Eric Klein (on the right) and I
delivered a luncheon presentation on our book To Do or Not To Do –
How Successful Leaders Make Better Decisions, for the San Diego
Leadership Initiative. This wonderful organization,
which promotes Servant (Service-based) Leadership, was founded by
Dr. Ken Blanchard, author of The One Minute Manager

This all took place on Thursday, 1-20, but I’m posting it as my PaD
for 1-21 because I will be out of town tomorrow with a client north of
