Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1 white or yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 can (15 oz) lemon pie filling
1 can (16 oz) white frosting or powder sugar to garnish
Mix cake mix and eggs together. Stir in pie filling. Bake 45 - 50 min. or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Invert hot cake onto platter. When cool spread white frosting or sift powdered sugar over top.
