Haven't eaten it yet. This one's extremely easy. You use a refrigerated pie crust (one of the two in the package) rolling it out to a 13" circle and then put the sliced fruit (plums, peaches, nectarines, etc. mixed with a little bit of sugar and flour in with it...leaving a 2" rim of piecrust around the edge) and fold the edges over the fruit. You then wet the piecrust and sprinkle it with a little sugar. Only FIVE PRECIOUS points for 1/8th of the crostata. That's why this is going to the neighbor's tonight so we can all test it out and I don't have to deal with leftovers!
