I've posted a picture that has multiple problems, noise is one, a flash unit and bracket left on the counter that has to be removed, and anything else that doesn't look right to you. The challenge is firstly, to get rid of that flash equipment. See which content aware tool works best for you, spot healing tool in content aware mode (see options bar), healing brush tool, or whatever you want to use. Let's see how good of a fix you can make.
