Brian, you are a absolutely at the top as landscape photographer. Your Hoover Reservour gallery is just unforgettable, combination of water reflections, autumn colors and fog gives very romantic and unusually creative impression. Autumn colors are not an easy subject because they were photographed so often, but you managed to find original approach. I can not wait until next autumn to try some of your ideas. Your Havaii gallery is also great.
Thanks for stopping by and for leaving your comment on my Scandinavian Winter gallery. Revelation is also among my favourites, I wonder why the New Year firework gets twice more clics.

Regards

alexeig

Hello again. Thanks for the comments.

"Sundown at the Castle" is a blend of four different exposures. It was a real pain aligning everything because I didn't have a tripod with me. "Jugs" was a happy coincidence. I was in the garage when I spotted the sunlight reflecting off them. I rushed in the house, got the camera and started shooting. I've tried photographing them again since then but, somehow, none of the images have quite the same impact as this one. The biggest frustration is that I can't make a decent print. I used a 2MP Ricoh which did not have good image quality.
