At Benhaddou is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and was the set of many movies including Lawrence of Arabia. The village is no longer inhabited.
The two gates are not originally part of the village they were added for film sets (Lawrence of Arabia & diamonds of the Nile) but remained after the movies were made.
