Arches National Park (ANP) is located about 3 miles north of Moab, Utah and about 25 miles south of I-70, and is “across the road” from Canyonlands NP. Arches is located in a "high desert," with elevations ranging from 4,085 to 5,653 feet above sea level. The climate is one of very hot summers, cold winters and very little rainfall. Even on a daily basis, temperatures may fluctuate as much as 50 degrees.
ANP preserves over two thousand natural sandstone arches (the greatest density of natural arches in the world) and a variety of unique geological formations. The extraordinary features of the park, including balanced rocks, fins and pinnacles, are highlighted by a striking environment of contrasting colors, landforms and textures.
We took over 300 photos on 3 separate visits to the park. What you see here is the result of 8 culls, and many, many discussions as to what will be included in this gallery.
We hope you enjoy the summary of the park. We certainly did.

Well, we finished culling Arches NP. We took about 330 photos and there are 24 in the gallery. Pretty good, eh. We jointly agreed on the selection without any bloodshed.
