This was a wild bird that behaved abnormally by landing fearlessly on all of watching his antics. At first I thought it must have been hand raised by humans, but then I realized that his flock was patiently waiting for him. I don't believe a hand raised bird would join up with his kind, so I think he just had something wrong with it. We did enjoy his interactions!
