It seems that when one has an idea of what you'd like to shoot, another one may come your way. I was starting off for a day on Lake Ontario where there was some exciting ice built up on the shore when I noticed the sky in the east. I hurried to a place where I hoped for some composition to complement the sunrise and got this amazing light. Pretty nice beginning to a new year.......
