These photos were taken on a tour of New Zealand with the birding tour company Field Guides. The focus of the tour was primarily birds, but I enjoy all of nature so I always take lots of photos of plants, flowers and scenes. The itinerary for the tour was to fly into Aukland and from there work our way south to Wellington. The tour continued to the South Island, the photos for which are in a separate gallery.
