I,personally, beleive you are looking at the tip of the property with the most future potential for all of Western New York. It could be the key to a new Buffalo and I'm afraid we're going to diddly poop around and mess it up without planning and developing properly.

Notice all the grain elevators. To the right of this photo and actually out of the photo to the right (west) there is prime land right on the water for miles to the south of the city. It would take tons of work and money but the effective implementation of the right plan could mean a bright future.
