I like the lines I saw here. It seemed like a good opportunity to utilize the remove color function. I wish there existed some way in Photoshop Elements to locate coordinates within an image. I think this could help insure you have a perfectly level image, or find exact center of an area of the image.

I am heading out on a bike ride this weekend in New York City. 30,000 of my closest riding buddies and I are doing the "Five Boro Tour of New York City". Drive the 400 miles to NY Friday night, go to the Yankees - Blue Jays game Saturday afternoon (seats behind home plate) and do the 5 Boro Tour on Sunday, then home on Monday. I will be taking pictures every day and will catch up Monday night, hopefully... "Lord willing and the creek don't rise"... as my grandfather used to say.

I love the different lines and patterns in your image and you did well to choose black and white. Enjoy your bike ride and your weekend.

I love the lines and shapes in this. I hope you have a great time on the bike ride but remember to stick your head out the window and yell "hi" when you pass me on your way to the city.

Really cool patterns. Have fun on your bike ride. 30000 bikes sounds epic.

Terrific shot Don. Have fun on the bike ride - I envy you. Wish we lived closer. Did the Seattle to Portland a couple of years ago and it was a ball.

Firstly I like the various styles & textures here. Secondly good luck with the weekend ride. Thirdly, I love your grandfather's saying. The elders had a way of speaking in simple terms that & meant something...now if only the TV advertising companies had that ability !!

Great mix of edges, texture and patterns, Don.

Looking forward to your take on NYC.

Have a great time Don, sounds like lots of fun. As far as PS Elements goes, there is a grid you can turn on to be sure it is level, I believe it is under view, then checkmark grid. Looking forward to your pictures. Be safe.

Love the textures and the way the image is flattened out... It took me a minute to actually see the bench in here... Nice.

Great abstract.
You should be able to locate coordinates in Standard Edit mode, by turning on the Info window (in the Window menu). This will show the coordinates of your cursor, or the dimensions and coordinates of a selection box.
