Duh!
Much better, but still hard to get a shot of a flame that is not overexposed. The secret is ambient light other than the flame. It would be good to have a camera with manual settings, too.
I'll save my money. After the driveway repairs, the house trim painted, the carpeting in the livingroom and up the stairs. And all the little emergencies in between.
After I posted this I noticed the composition is not centered, the horizon slopes, and the detail I saw while in Elements certainly didn't make it to PBase.
Who's idea was it to do this PaD thing, anyway?!
