What the hell are YOU lookin at?

It was the middle of the race.
Very few people even noticed me.
I was just up on the bridge.
I was out taking some pictures.
She looked up, my camera went click.
1/2500 of a second passed.
And the moment was done.
I wonder what she thought.
Did I actually register?
Or was I just a shadow?
So that is my question tonight.
Our effect on people.
From 1/2500th of a second,
to an entire lifetime.
All those moments.
All intertwined.
She won't remember it.
Heck, I didn't remember it.
Well, not until I looked at the pics.
