Dear Sarah and Dan: How can you top Machu Pichu?...It IS the top of the world!!...Incredible, astonishing. Imagine what it must have been in its hey day, with roofs tops, trees, people going about their daily lives, planting, harvesting, doing commerce, etc. All of it surrounded by one of the most spectacular views on this planet. Then, poof!...nothing. They disappeared, vanished for ever. Thanks for sharing this experience with us... it is almost sacred to behold...
