small town faith

It seems everywhere I travel around upstate NY,
someone has erected a cross on thier property or on
thier house to share thier faith.
This one struck me particularly for it's lone presence
in the field.

Unpretentious, subtle, natural, unobtrusive...

Played with filters and star birthing.... ;)

Gorgeous photograph, Doria. The only change I would make to have the shot appear more realistic would be to eliminate the "stars" that would be masked by the clouds or have larger and brighter points of light in the dark sky. Beautiful work here.
