This is really beautiful. The composition is great - the pier leads the eye out to the South, while the sunset outside of the frame leads the eye to the west. The interesting lines from the waves and flotsam on the shore at the bottom of the frame lead the eye along the bottom. It's difficult to say what the subject is, which keeps my attention longer, looking at each element in turn over and over. Somehow it all really works. Great work - voted!
