This is simply spectacular. First, flare from the sun is controlled well, helping make that prototypical sunburst only around the sun itself. The reflections in the water balance the bright sun well. The mist gives such a melancholic mood to the harbor - just perfectly calm, serene, and a bit sad. The foreground works, too, adding a good dark frame to give perspective to the mist.
